In collaboration with MIBA, the Macao Polytechnic Institute established a “Brand and Retail Professional Training Certificate Course,” designed to promote retail sales personnel. The academy offers a wide range of curriculums, spanning from introductory visual merchandising display, stylizing and clothing combinations, international and Chinese brand marketing skills and management, grooming and etiquette, to English proficiency for sales professionals.  At the intermediate level, students will learn contingency planning and risk management, sales planning and execution, team management and international brand selling techniques and management. Through this joint effort, MIBA and the academy, hopes to enhance the competency of local potential individuals whom are interested in exploring the retail and branding sectors. Improving the overall traditional retail operation and bringing it to an international standard.
